The Brother MFC9600 multifunction center is designed to support speedy printing, copying, and faxing. It prints on a variety of papers, including envelopes, transparencies, label sheets, and letter and legal at resolutions of 600 x 600 dpi and 300 x 600 in color (1,200 x 1,200 dpi interpolated resolution). Digital copies and scans are easy, whether you're connected to a computer or not. The flatbed scanner accepts books and magazines and includes the OCR software to convert printed text into a digital text file.
