GoToners.com
warrants all of its supplies for use in photocopiers,
faxes, and printers. Each product has been specifically
manufactured for use in the corresponding machines as
described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Compatible and remanufactured cartridges are warranted
to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship.
These cartridges are manufactured and remanufactured
to the most stringent quality control standards possible,
guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that
of the OEM.
GoToners.com also warrants that subject to the
conditions stated below, and under normal use, these
cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or
deterioration to any compatible machine. If a defect
in one of these cartridges causes a machine to fail,
GoToners.com will reimburse the customer up to
$75.00 for service and repair. This warranty is dependent
upon the customer providing GoToners.com with satisfactory
evidence that the machine's failure was due to a defect
in the Compatible or Remanufactured cartridge, including
a written statement from an authorized service company,
stating the reason for failure. This statement must
be on authorized company letterhead, and dated and signed
by the company's field or service representative.
GoToners.com's liability hereunder shall be limited
to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This
warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties,
expressed or implied. The tampering of any GoToners.com
cartridge by any person or persons, other than by a
GoToners.com representative, voids all warranties
and releases GoToners.com from all liability.
GoToners.com's limited warranty is void on all
remanufactured cartridges that are more than 90 days
old from the date of purchase. For all claims of defective
products purchased from GoToners.com, the customer
must notify GoToners.com to obtain a RMA number
for the defective product.
Terms and Conditions.

CONDITIONS
OF SALE: The terms and conditions of sale contained herein
supersedes all agreements made and purchase orders submitted
to and accepted by seller. All agreements are contingent
upon strikes, accidents, material shortages or other delays,
unavoidable or beyond seller's control.
WARRANTY:
Warranty does not cover any damages due to accidents,
misuse or negligence.
RETURNS
AND EXCHANGES: All merchandise must be accompanied by
an invoice and must be in its original packaging.
CALL
FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and ship fully insured
and freight charges prepaid. Returns without RA no or
sent collect will be rejected.
NO
RETURNS & EXCHANGES AFTER 180 DAYS from the date of
invoice. The buyer will be charged up to 20% of amount
of invoice as a restocking fee. The return authorization
will be issued on the sole discretion of GoToners.com
DIV. OF www.GoToners.com.
CLAIMS:
All merchandise left our warehouse in good condition.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to
buyer as such goods are picked up by a carrier for deliver
to buyer. Buyer should therefore inspect all packages
for damage before signing deliver receipt. Claims should
be filed immediately with the carrier(not the seller)
for merchandise damaged in transit.
